Zoe Cooke is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over five years’ experience across research and clinical dietetics. Her clinical focus is gastrointestinal health, including coeliac disease, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other functional gastrointestinal disorders. She also supports patients seeking guidance for general healthy eating and weight management.
Zoe completed a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Dietetic Practice from La Trobe University in 2020. She went on to receive Honours in Human Nutrition in 2021, exploring the relationship between diet and symptoms in functional dyspepsia. She is currently undertaking a PhD at Monash University and Eastern Health investigating the role of specific food additives in ulcerative colitis.
